Eligibility:
The Meridian “Pack Light, Groom Right” Summer Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Meridian Grooming ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. PST on June 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on June 15, 2025 ("Entry Period").

Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

• Automatically receive one (1) entry when you place an order on meridiangrooming.com totaling $100 USD or more (pre-discounts, excluding shipping and taxes) during the Entry Period.
• No purchase necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase fill out our entry form with your full name and email address during the Entry Period. No more than one entry is allowed per person.
• All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on June 15, 2025.

Prizes:
Two (2) winners will receive:

• One (1) Complete Routine Bundle (The Scrub, The Pads, The Cooler)
• One (1) The Trimmer Plus
• One (1) $500 Hotels.com Gift Card

The odds depend upon the number of entries. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes combined: $636 USD each. (2 prizes: $1,272) 

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification:
No later than two (2) business days following the end of the Entry Period, two (2) winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner will be notified via email from customer@meridiangrooming.com within three (3) business days after the Giveaway ends.

If the selected winners do not respond within three (3) business days of notification, alternate winners may be selected.

For the name of the prize winners, available after July 18, 2025, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to the Sponsor address listed below.

General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, human errors, or other causes that may impair the ability to enter or claim the prize.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for injuries, loss, expense (including attorneys’ fees) or damage of any kind (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages) arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California.

All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.

Use of the Hotels.com gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set by Hotels.com, available at hotels.com/giftcards.
