  • How is The Trimmer different from a normal electric razor?

    We utilize a flexible ceramic blade and a safety guard to maintain a smoother cutting process that is less likely to cut or nick your skin. This is why you will be able to use in in more sensitive areas.

  • Can I use The Trimmer on my body as well?

    Yes! A lot of our customers love doing this!

  • Is The Trimmer water proof?

    Yes! Shower use is totally okay.

  • When is the best time to use The Spray?

    We recommend in the mornings before you head out. Spray and head out the door with confidence!

  • Is there a warranty on the products?

    The Meridian Shaver has a 1-year warranty for any manufacturer defects.

  • How frequently should I replace my blades?

    We recommend replacing your blade module every 3 months! Regular maintenance of any blade head is highly recommended for optimal hygiene. Our replacement blade makes it easy to keep unwanted bacteria and pathogens (typically derived from water, hair, and dirt) away. Regular replacement of your blade module ensures optimum performance as if you are using a new trimmer.


  • What countries do you ship too?

    We offer global shipping out of the US. We ship to most countries in the world with notable exceptions being: Africa, Brazil, China, Turkey, Russia and Vietnam.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location. As we are currently on backlog please expect the following shipping times:

    2-8 days US

    3-10 days Europe

    10-20 days rest of the world

  • What is your returns and refunds policy?
